If you are having difficulty with the user registration process we have some tips for you. Please read through this guide before registering again or asking for help. This guide is here to help you identify your issue and give you the steps to fix most issues users are having.
PROBLEM: I have completed the registration form and it said it was complete but I have not received an email with the password.
SOLUTION: It is very likely that you did not enter the correct email address. Therefore the password was sent to that email instead of yours. If you register a second time you will have two entries and you will not be able to use the same username. You cannot fix this yourself. In this case you need to request that your original account be deleted before you register again. Please fill out the contact form on the About Us page with your username, name, and email you used to register and you will get a response when the account has been deleted.
PROBLEM: I have lost or forgotten my password.
SOLUTION: If your email address is correct, you can get a new password by using the “Forgot Password” feature. On the right side bar under members you will see a link Forgot? that will take you to a form. Complete the form and a new password will be emailed to you at the email defined in your account.
PROBLEM: I have forgotten my username
SOLUTION: Losing your username is bad news. Please do all you can to recover your username. If you cannot recover your username you will have to start over again. You cannot fix this yourself. In this case you need to request that your original account be deleted before you register again. Please fill out the contact form on the About Us page with your name, and email you used to register and you will get a response when the account has been deleted.
PROBLEM: I have a password that is difficult to remember. How do I change it?
SOLUTION: Once you are logged in, go to the “Member” menu and down to the “User Profile” menu. There will be a Change Password link that will take you to a form where you can enter your old password first, then enter a new password. Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but not easy for someone else to guess. The more complex the password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters, the more secure it will be. If you forget what password you have see the “Forgot Password” FAQ.
PROBLEM: I would like to update my account information.
SOLUTION: Once you are logged in, go to the “Member” menu and down to the “User Profile” menu. There you will find a Edit My Information link. This link will take you to a form to change your information.
