Convention 2019 Details

Schedule for kickoff

  • Registration opens at 3:00pm Friday November 15th (Junior Ballroom)
  • Main Event Friday Night is in the Grand Ballroom and will begin promptly at 7:00pm
  • It will be a packed crowd.  Come early and get a good seat!!!

Meals

All meals served buffet style.  Located in the shared foyer space between the Grand and Junior Ballrooms.  Dining in the Junior Ballroom (across from the Grand Ballroom), Lincoln, Holland, Columbia (east of the elevators) Liberty and the Essex rooms (North of the restrooms). 

Saturday November 15
Breakfast:  6:30 – 8:00am
Lunch: 12:30 – 2:00pm
Dinner: 6:00 – 8:00pm

Sunday November 16
Breakfast: 7:00 – 8:30am

SHUTTLE SERVICE: 

VIP Gold Lincoln will provide shuttle service between the Renaissance Hotel and The Marriott Hotel main convention center.  Free for your convenience.

Saturday, Nov. 16th5:30 – 7am12 – 1:30pm5:30 – 7pm9:30 – 11pm

Marriott Hotel Check in Time:

Check in is 4:00pm local time.  No Early Check in available.  You can store your luggage in the Morris Room meanwhile.  The Morris Room is located next to the Hospitality rooms (Hudson, Union) down the hall east (left) as you enter the Marriott hotel

Marriott Hotel Parking:

Parking Vouchers for day parking (day commuters) can be found at the Concierge tables.  A $10.00 Voucher for all day parking.  There are no vouchers for overnight guests.  There is no free parking.
